# Basic Block

Allows the admin to format the text inside the site as needed. Admins can also upload images, add links, and much more.

### **How to Add a Basic Block**

1\. Click on **Add Block\\*****Create Custom Block***.

2\. Select **Basic Text** block.

3\. Add the text and update the desired fields, then click on **Add Block.**

4\. Click on **Save Layout** at the top of the page when you are done with your changes.
