Content Uploading Standards
Content upload standards ensure consistency and quality across different media on the website. They aim to improve user experience and align with the website's design and functionality.
Image size on the site should not exceed 800KB, maintaining original dimensions.
Videos are accepted in the form of YouTube or Vimeo links.
File sizes for uploads on the site should not surpass 2MB.
Additional Tasks:
Perform a comprehensive crawl of the old website and save the resulting report on the project drive. Thoroughly review the report to identify and address any 4xx or 5xx links in consultation with the client.
Confirm that the content is free from spelling and grammar errors.
Ensure that all templates are appropriately completed to cover all designated sections in the design.
Provide accurate and relevant captions for images, particularly those displayed for end users.
